The Challenge:

Big Picture, was engaged by a leading mobile and IOT manufacturer to promote its device range. The Big Picture field team would provide a full service of sales development and training for mobile networks and their staff.

The overall objective was to increase market share from 1-2% (March 2021) to 10% by the end of 2021. Big Picture agreed on top-line deliverables to help achieve the overall objective;

  • Brand advocacy/ awareness
  • Product training
  • Cost benefit against competition
  • Education on the IOT ecosystem


The Solution:

Big Picture took the best learnings from all categories and channels and created a new approach and voice that was relevant to the UK retail market through the creation of;

  • A bespoke training program to meet the sales needs of the different retailers. It consisted of product and sales training with a focus on up-selling and customer questioning skills.
  • A unique brand story and a virtual engagement strategy that included; live streaming training events, social media engagement, and a live virtual Summer competition to increase reach.



  • Sales in a single channel grew 417% in 6 months
  • Live streams received over 1000 engagements
  • Shipments in the United Kingdom achieved 293% annual growth
