Working for Big Picture as a Brand Ambassador in a Xiaomi Store in Store within Three – Cardiff, you will be the product expert for Xiaomi mobile and IOT Products. You’ll be seen as an extension of the in-store sales team, working alongside them to drive sales and advocacy for Xiaomi, and ultimately ensuring Xiaomi is at the forefront of their minds. You’ll have the presence to proactively build relationships at all levels in store, increasing product knowledge and brand awareness amongst your retail partner colleagues.
You will be engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and engaging customer experience. You will ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and suggest appropriate Xiaomi products to meet these needs.
You would be great for this Brand Ambassador role if you:
