Big Picture are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Field Training Manager to join our Whirlpool field force. Successful candidates will be able to bring the whole range of domestic appliances to life and inspire store colleagues to enjoy the World of Whirlpool.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of all store relationships in your region.
  • Drive best in class training through product knowledge and completion of in store training targets.
  • Influence store performance and resolve in store challenges and objections.
  • Review store performance regularly and action creative solutions through in store relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed Whirlpool reporting deadlines are met.
  • Provide insights on retailers, market trends and industry knowledge.
  • Support regional training events, PR and trade shows.
  • Roadshow/event support (out of hours)
  • Support digital engagement by creating video training & live streaming.
  • Compliance check, gen end and key OEL displays. Identify key
Qualifications
  • Field Marketing experience (preferably technology, MDA or non FMCG)
  • Proven track record of driving sales
  • Excellent communicator
  • Presentation and training experience
  • Self-starter
  • Flexible with effective planning skills
  • Passionate about technology/ gadgets
  • Full UK driving licence
