Big Picture were at the National Geographic Traveler Food Festival at London’s Business Design Centre London over the weekend.

Manfrotto invited us to support them at the event because of our expertise working with a wide range of imaging products and brands. It makes us a logical choice for a brand such as Manfrotto and the exceptional range of travel camera bags they make on behalf of National Geographic. We were demonstrating the National Geographic Africa and Australia ranges of camera bags and backpacks, plus a small selection of Manfrotto’s huge range of travel tripods. Visitors to the stand were more than happy to rummage in our luggage and to try our tripods.

Big Picture has team members who are keen amateur and even professional photographers and we really “get” what features can make things easier when, for example, you are half way up a mountain struggling to get at exactly the right lens, or in a rush to set up the tripod before the sun sinks any further.

We found several occasions at this particular event when customers were seeing how easy it was to operate bags and tripods whilst they were still clutching their free sample of Welsh cheese, or cup of Bahamas Rum punch in the other hand!
